Emailing reports on a schedule

Any report on the Reports page can be emailed on a schedule, to a client, a colleague or yourself, with the PDF attached. Owners and Admins set it up with Schedule… on the report.

• Every month goes out on day 3 of the month and covers last month. It waits those few days because Google Analytics and Search Console finish counting a day's visits a few days late.
• Every week goes out on Monday and covers the last seven days.
• Choose one of your clients or brands to report on it alone, in its branding. Up to 10 addresses per schedule, each receiving their own email.

The email carries your name, not ours, with your message at the top and a short summary. Replies come to whoever set it up. Send me a test sends you a copy straight away, so you can see exactly what your client will get.

A report is never sent incomplete. If one of its sources needs reconnecting, nobody receives it, you get an email saying what to fix, and it goes out as soon as it can be built.

Everyone who receives one can stop it with the link at the bottom of the email. During the free trial, reports can only be sent to people in your workspace.
