Grouping sources by brand or client

Put sources in a brand or client, and choose who sees which.

Brands (called clients if you work for other businesses) group your sources, so a workspace with many can be read one client at a time.

  • Create one in Settings → Clients (or Brands), with New client or brand in the sidebar menu, or when you add sources.
  • Put a source in one with the menu on its row in Data sources, or on the Clients page, where sources in no client are listed. It saves as soon as you choose.
  • Switch between them from the menu at the top of the sidebar. Every dashboard, report and the AI assistant then show that one only.
  • Looking at all of them, the menu beside each page’s title lists every property, site or ad account grouped by client, with a search box when the list is long.

Ad spend is only set against the revenue of a property in the same client or brand, so one client’s ads never appear beside another client’s sales.

Who sees what: Owners and Admins always see everything. Members and Viewers can be limited to some brands in Settings → Team — a client you invite then sees only their own sources and nothing of anyone else's.

A source in no brand is seen only by people who see every brand.
