Inviting people, and what each role can do

Owners and Admins invite people from Settings → Team: enter their email address and choose a role. We email the invitation, and the link is shown too, so you can send it yourself.

What each role can do:

• Owner — Everything an Admin can do, plus renaming or deleting the workspace and managing other Owners.
• Admin — Runs the workspace: connects sources, changes settings, manages billing and people. Can't change Owners or delete the workspace.
• Member — Uses Glancely day to day: every dashboard, the AI assistant and pinned insights. Can't change settings.
• Viewer — Sees every dashboard and every source in this workspace. Can't use the AI assistant or change anything.

With brands or clients, a Member or Viewer can be limited to some of them from their row in Team. They then see those sources only, and the assistant answers about those only.

How many people fit depends on your plan; Viewers are counted separately from everyone else.
