These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glancely (the "service"), operated by BOTSIS KOSMAS E.E. (trading as KB Analytics), a limited partnership based in Greece, VAT EL801829229, GEMI registration 164122303000 ("Glancely", "we", "our", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
We've written these to be readable. Where legal language is required, we've kept it as short as we can.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country, whichever is higher) to use Glancely. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You also confirm that you have the right to authorize Glancely to access the Google data sources you connect — that the analytics, search, and ads accounts you link belong to you or to an entity you have authority to manage.
2. The service
Glancely is a marketing analytics product that connects to your Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads accounts (with more integrations on the roadmap) and provides unified dashboards, AI-generated insights, and an AI chat assistant.
Glancely is evolving. Features may change or be removed; see Changes to the service below. We do our best to keep things stable, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or feature availability.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for:
- Keeping your Google credentials secure (we never see your password)
- Maintaining the OAuth permissions Glancely needs to function
- All activity that happens under your account
If your Google account is compromised, immediately revoke Glancely's access via myaccount.google.com and contact us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Glancely for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or other unauthorized tools against the service
- Abuse the AI assistant (e.g., to generate harmful content, bypass safety measures, or run unrelated workloads)
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written permission
- Connect data sources you don't have authority over
- Attempt to disrupt or attack the service's infrastructure
Violations may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Plans
- Free trial — a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan for each new workspace, with 100 AI questions for the trial. No payment method is required, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. One free trial per person.
- Pro — €79/month (or €790/year, equivalent to ~€66/month); in US dollars $89/month or $890/year; in pounds sterling £69/month or £690/year — up to 5 team members and 20 viewers, 10 connected data sources, 1,000 AI questions/month, 1 TB of raw events from BigQuery a month
- Business — €249/month (or €2,490/year, equivalent to ~€208/month); in US dollars $279/month or $2,790/year; in pounds sterling £219/month or £2,190/year — up to 25 team members and 100 viewers, 30 connected data sources, 3,000 AI questions/month, 3 TB of raw events from BigQuery a month
- Enterprise — price, limits and billing as agreed with you in writing; invoiced annually rather than charged to a card
A “connected data source” is any single Google Analytics 4 property, Search Console site, or Google Ads account. The allowance is pooled — you may use it in any combination.
There is no free plan. When a free trial or a subscription ends without an active subscription in its place, the workspace's dashboards, reports and AI assistant are unavailable until a plan is chosen. Its account, settings and connected data sources are kept, and access returns when a subscription starts. You may delete a workspace at any time.
Annual billing is at a discount equivalent to 2 months free.
Billing
A payment method is collected when you choose a plan. If you subscribe during your free trial, the first charge is made when the trial would have ended; otherwise it is made when you subscribe.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
- Prices are in euros (€), US dollars ($) or pounds sterling (£), in the currency chosen before the free trial starts, which can be changed until a card is added; applicable VAT is added at checkout in line with EU rules, and any other tax due where the customer is based is added where it applies
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your Glancely settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds
- Monthly plans — generally not refunded (you can simply cancel; access continues to the end of the period)
- Annual plans — if you cancel within the first 14 days, we'll refund the full amount; after that, refunds are pro-rated for the unused remainder of the year
- No refunds for partial periods, fraud, or terms violations

6. Your data and content
What you connect stays yours
The data Glancely reads from your Google accounts — your analytics, search performance, ad spend — remains yours. We don't claim ownership and we don't sell it. As described in our Privacy Policy, we don't even store the raw rows.
What you generate stays yours too
Questions you ask the AI, answers we generate based on your data, pinned insights — all yours. You can delete them at any time, or ask us for a copy.
What Glancely owns
The service itself — the code, the dashboards, the AI prompts, the brand — is ours, protected by copyright and trademark. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own business needs while your subscription is active.
AI-generated content
The AI assistant generates analysis based on your data using Anthropic's Claude. AI outputs are descriptive analyses of your data, and you may use them however you wish for your own business. We don't claim ownership over AI outputs derived from your inputs.
7. Third-party services
Glancely integrates with third-party services (Google, Anthropic, Stripe, others). When you use Glancely:
- Google's API terms apply to your data flowing through their APIs
- Anthropic's terms apply to the AI processing
- Stripe's terms apply to payment processing
We're not responsible for the actions, accuracy, or downtime of these third parties.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantees about:
- The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights — always verify before acting on them
- The availability or uptime of the service
- That the service will meet your specific business needs
- That defects will be corrected
The AI assistant can make mistakes. It can misinterpret your data, return out-of-date information from cache, or generate plausible-sounding but incorrect analysis. Don't make material business decisions based solely on AI output. Verify with the raw dashboards.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Glancely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption)
- Our total cumulative liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) €100 EUR or (b) the total amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited
If you're a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Termination
By you
Cancel anytime from your settings or by emailing hello@glancely.ai. We'll delete your data per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay (after notice)
- You engage in fraud or abuse
- Your use poses a security or legal risk
In most cases we'll notify you and give you a chance to resolve the issue before terminating.
11. Changes to the service
Glancely is evolving. We add features, change features, retire features. For material removals from paid tiers (something you actively use being taken away), we'll provide at least 30 days' notice and a path to recover your data or value.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the new version takes effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
If you don't agree to the new Terms, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect, and we'll refund any pre-paid amounts that are pro-rated for the period after the new Terms apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, except as otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
For users outside Greece, disputes will be resolved (a) by good-faith negotiation first, (b) failing that, by the competent courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
If you're an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Glancely about the service
- Severability — if any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies
- No waiver — if we don't enforce a right, we haven't waived it
- Assignment — you can't assign your account; we can assign these Terms in connection with a sale or reorganization, with notice to you
