Asking the AI assistant

Questions about your data in plain words, and the monthly allowance.

The AI assistant answers questions about your data in plain words: "Which channel brought the most sales last month?", "Why did visits drop last week?", "How does this year compare with last?"

  • Open it with Ask AI at the top of any page.
  • It reads your data live, for any period you name. With no period, it uses the one on the page, and always says which it used.
  • It uses the words your workspace uses — leads, bookings, sales.
  • Useful answers can be pinned to a page and refreshed later.

Owners, Admins and Members can use it; Viewers cannot. Each question counts towards a monthly allowance that depends on your plan: 1,000 a month on Pro, 3,000 a month on Business. Refreshing a pinned answer counts as a question.
